Hey my name is hailey and im 13.I am almost up 2 200lbs!!!! Can someone please give me some suggestions it would really help.Basicly i just need some weightloss tips .Some names of diets that work.Or maybe a lil weightloss plan.Please i am begging you to help my last chance to get into the best dance studio in NYC is going to pass if i dont get down to 120 lbs in 7 months.Again I really need help thanks so much,

low calorie diet! heres what you do: eat 1200-1400 calories a day, eat 25-35 fiber, eat less then 2000mg sodium, and about 60g protien. then alternate strength building days(push-ups/crunches/squats/free weights) and cardio days- do some for about 30-60 min. each. and DANCE!
