hey, have anyone tried doing the pilaties thing? i started today and i hope it works...this week since volleyballs over i have conditioning for bball great...we run like 4-6 miles a day so maybe ill lose a little weight then...im also prolly going to the doc to see if my matabilism is right because i excersize and do everything and i cant lose weight. any body have that problem they said if my matabilism is slow their give me a pill...do any of u have that...thanks ill keep u updated...I GOT ON THE SCALE TODAY and i weigh 207 im at my highest...help me!

hi! I do not recommend matabolizm pills at all! they are bad for you becuase they highten your heart-beat so that it pumps really fast wich isnt good... talk to your doctor and tell him what is going on, see what his suggestions are first.

UH not to say your not overweight or anything but if you can run 4-6 miles then you must not be that bad lol :-( i cant run 4 miles!

yeah sara i do weight lift and do all conditioning but it doesnt help

start weight lifting because I lost 18 pounds kust from weight lifting
