today i didnt eat too well...i had a bowl of rice for breakfast, 2 doughnut holes and 5 pieces of chex mix for lunch and a twister and cole slaw for dinner...i did 30 minutes of pilates...and speed walked 3.5 miles....does that sound okay?? also...does anyone know what exersize gives people those cuts on their hips??...<3

by "cuts on hips" i mean like how britney spears and usher and other celebs that have indents where their hips are...i wanna know what exersizes they do to get em...
