i eat normally...people on here think i should eat a little more...but anyways...is my exersize okay? in the morning i wake up at 4:15 and do pillates for 30 minutes and add a few crunches at the end just for an extra kick hahaha then i walk for 1 mile (speed walk) and then after school i do pillates for another 30 minutes and speed walk 1 more mile...sometimes 1.5 miles...HOW MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE SHOULD I SEE AFTER LIKE 1 MONTH?? i want my waist to go from a 28 to 25 and i want my biggest part of my thigh to go from 21 to 19 and i want my pouch under my belly button to go away...wish me luck!! :) oh and i want to be 125 lbs bc im 5'6 and right now i weigh a little over 140...<3

um...you're not overweight and by your measurements you are thin already...

im not over weight but im trying to get healthier and in better shape...i do modeling in the spring and i wanna get back to my size from last year

yeah you are definatly not overweight at all!
