k so i've been doing really good lately, andn i've lost like 5 lbs but i'm eating the same as i did to lose those 5 lbs and im not losing an ything else!! now what?? i excersize too

The reason you hit a plateau is because your body is so used to what u r doing, you've stopped seeing results! Exercise a little longer than usual, drink more water, do something different.
