Hi, My name is Amy.. Im 17 and Im definitely overweight.Im 4'11'' and weight about 140 lbs which isnt good for my height.. plus I have a really small bone structure..My mom keeps telling me to do something about it because Im just getting bigger n bigger n if I dont do something..eventually it wont be possible.. but I just cant seem 2 motivate myself.. I dont know why but deep inside I just dont feel like its possible for me to lose the weight.. I really want to but I just dont know how.. Help me please..somebody.. I feel so stupid asking for help but my parents dont believe I'll ever do anything about it because I never do.. how do all of you stay motivated..and what do you do?

Hey, I'm also 4'11" & I know how HARD it is! What I do to motivate me is pick out a cute outfit that I want to fit into and that keeps me motivated. If u want try cutting out a pic of a celebrity or someone that inspires u. That may help too. I wish u the best of luck & remember not to give up. =D

Find your main problems. Do you eat most of your food at night? Try to space it out so you have an even 300-500 calories per meal. 3 meals per day, with one snack if you are hungry. Exercise! A brisk walk 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes is good. Anything that gets your heart rate up is good.(cardio)
Drink lots of water, don't eat too much salt.
Well wanting to lose weight alone is motivation enough for me!!
