its been exactly one week today since i have been eating smaller potions of food and not eating when im not hungy...which means that ive been skipping dinner sometimes bc when i eat chicken at lunch im full the rest of the day...i have been doing 1 hour of pillates and 1 hour of speed walking everyday and i have lost 4.5 lbs!!! i want to be 125 lbs and right now im 141.5 and im 5'6...when i get under 140 im going to be soooo excited bc its sooooo hard for me to get under that this year...cheerleading starts next month too! wish me luck!

Even if you are not hungry at dinnertime, if you haven't eaten anything since lunchtime, then eat a little something. Eat three square meals a day, and a snack if you are hungry in the daytime.
