Hey i was just wondering, how much vegetables and fruit should u eat in a day?? And i was wondering, i've lost about 25 pounds now and i've haven't lost any more weight and i exercise and stuff, and i was just wondering why it is that i am not losing any more weight?? Thanks.

yeah the first girl is right, your at a plateau.... what you need to do to break off it is up your excersize but keep eating what your eating .. just up the anty on the excersize and the plateau will break and youll start losing again

You should eat 5-10 servings of fruits an vegetables a day. As for you not losing any more weight, that's just a plateau. & theres many reasons for you to hit one & there are also many ways around one. So to get around one theres a few things you have to do. First you have to make sure that the reason why you've stopped losing isn't because you're getting too low. Maybe you're at a good weight right where you are. Also, a plateau can sometimes just be waited out. If not, then try doing different exercises. Doing the same things over & over, you're more likely to plateau. Try to do more resistance training and at a higher level then you usually do. That'll help you burn more calories and reshape your body. These are only a few suggestions!

you have hit a plateau. it happens to the best of us. just keep doing what your'e doing and you will be back on track soon :)
