WAS IT REALLY BAD TO EAT A PIECE OF CAKE AND CHOCLATE ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST?

Yesses = at least u ate breakfast (skipping can be worse than that) - you consumed fat and that should make u feel fuller and u shouldnt get too hungry too fast again. - you know u made a mistake and u know it because you are posting here worried. now u know not to do it again :-D No's = - not good to eat when ur trying to lose weight (especially if you're eating it 4 breakfast) - those 2 foods are extremely easy to digest, meaning they were purely empty calories that can only be burned by exercise. - processed sugar in sweets (fruit sugar is ok)plays tricks on ur metabolism and can halt your fat loss chance for the rest of the day. and besides, sugar is crappy energy

Reply from Rachael, Age 14 - 10/16/04 - IP#: 207.231.96.xxx Well, cake and ice cream for breakfast is one of the worst choices you can make...try not to eat such junky stuff, at least not for breakfast. Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day, so try to make it as healthy and nutritious as you can. Try: -Yogurt w\ fruit or cereal mixed in. -Bowl of cereal with low fat milk. -Protein bar or weight loss bar, such as Luna bars(yummy! My favorite flavor is "Sweet Dreams"), Kashi bars, etc. Find one you like and eat it as a snack or part of a meal. That's all I can think of, but I'm sure you can think of more! :) Good luck!
