Hi my name is Justine,but ppl call me kay. My problem is that my mom makes this great big dinners and well they are not the best for u,but she makes them every night and my fam is suposed to eat them. i really want to lose weight and her dinners are not helping but if i don't eat them my mom will want to know why and she will be mad at me. What do i do?

you can eat what your mom cooks, just put yourself small portions. make your plate mosly veggies, then some protien, and a little carb. like, do 1/2 your plate steamed veggies, 1/4 some meat, 1/4 some rice.

i think instead of eating all the food she makes, half it and top it up with fruit or veg or even both lol, peae out a town
