What do you guys eat that's healthy for breakfast,lunch and dinner?

for breakfast i have a small bowl of oatmeal and some fruit. for lunch i have some carrots. and for dinner i have a salad with some cheese and ham in it. if i feel like snaking i have vegetables or fruit. i also drink plenty of water. you should stay away from junk food and soda, they are mainly sugar.

hey , im not really overweight i am 5'7 and i weihg 150 but that is just on target for my height but im not happy with myself. But your question, what to eat healthy for breakfast i usualy have oatmeal with no sugar , scrambled eggs with 1 piece of cheese , and to drink de-caf tea ia sreally good it helps you loose weight faster. For lunch i have a salad with chicken and a cheese stick and a piece of fruit! and for dinner every night eat a salad or somekind of vegitable and some kind of protien. That will help loose the fat n gain muscle. And Dring A TON OF WATER. it will make the weight come off twice as fast, and if u wanted 2 no where i get all my info its from my mom n dad b/c they are trainers at golds gym. if your trying to loso weight .. good luck!!
