I went to the doctor today and i was told I am at high risk for breast cancer because of my weight. I am 5'4 and 179 pounds I dont want to get bresat cancer I need sugestions on how to lose weight I lift weight but i dont know what else to do. does anyone reccomend a genecist?

weight training is great but you should also throw in some cardio.

Hi! Make sure you eat lots of whole grains, lean meats, fruits, and veggies! Drink LOTS of water..that is good that you lift weights, but also to strengthen your heart you need to add in some cardio (running, walking, jogging, swimming, jump roping..anything that gets ur heart rate up!) Try to do it at least 20-30 mins/day and 3-6 days per week. Good luck!!
