hey hey, well if you want to find out about me and se a pic of me when i was slim go to www.faceparty.com/love_dis_laydeeim the one in the black and white dress. i want to get back to that stage now. i have since put on 28lbs since then and feel awful about my self. i have got n awards presentation evening on 25th november and i want to lose 20lbs by then. i have got roughly 5 weeks to do it. please help. thanks love lauren xx

thank you kally. its my first day of my diet today. hope i can do it lol coz i dont wanna go back to my awards evening feeling bad bout myself. i want to show my ex boyf what he is missing, lol. he dumped me for some skinny blonde about 2 months ago.
