I am 5 feet tall and weigh 147 pounds. Can someone please help me? I have a huge gut, hanging arms, and huge thighs. Does anyone know anything that can help me? I've tried to stick to a diet, but it seems impossible. Thanks to anyone that replies!

First, dont think of it as a "diet". Think of it as your new way of life! You can only motivate yourself to lose weight because you are the one that is doing the work. Here are some tips for healthy weightloss. Eat lots of fruits and veggies w/ lean meants and whole grains, and LOTS of water. Also try to exercise 20-30 minutes/day for at least 3 days a week and slowly increase your time and intensity and etc for cardio exercises. Try to do strength training exercises at least 2 times per week but not back to back days. Always stretch BEFORE and AFTER you exercise. I wish you much luck!!!!!!!!
