Hi! This is my first time posting questions but I have replied to a few posts under my first name. Anyways, I am 5'4 and weigh 237 lbs. I know HOW to lose weight, but I need some activities to get my butt off the couch. I can exercise on a treadmill or stationary bike for 30 minutes but that is ONLY 30 minutes of my day. I dont play sports in school cuz I am afraid that I am too bad at them but I do have a basketball goal. Besides playing basketball, and my *normal* exercise routine...what are some things I could do to become more active outside but are also fun?? Thx to anyone who answers!

Try not to think of LOSING weight... instead try to think of GAINING welness and fitness... somepeople do well when they concentrate on losing weight... but most people who concentrate on just becoming fit rather than becoming thin tend to be successful... try to think this way... " i have to get on that bike at least 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the afternoon"...or "I have to eat a salad for dinner and not miss a meal" don't think this way... " i can't have that for lunch" or "i shouldn't have eaten that burger."-your just going to make urself feel guilty and eat more... think positive and think fit!
