Okay, so i've lost a good 15 lbs since the beginning of summer.. which isnt' very fast, but hey i got there. I still have 10 to go before i'm at my goal weight. I dont eat a heck of a lot anymore, but what i do eat is healthy, and i get my 1200 calories in . How can i step this up and lose the last 10? I excersize 45- hour each day mon-thurs , and osmtimmes sundays. I chew wayyy too much gum ! but i've already said that, i just dont see how that could effect my weight loss. or can it? Can diet pop?

try adding another day of weight training and a little bit more of cardio. watch your salt intake(diet pop can really add up with that). you should only be eating 2000mg of sodium so watch out!

They could both possibly keep you from losing weight. Other than that, you could try taking a multivitamin, they make your metabolism better.
