Hey everyone , I started to eat no white bread but now i decided just to eat no bread at all....I hope it works...but is it healthy ??

Reply from Katherine, Age 15 - 10/24/04 - IP#: 66.44.56.xxx no, its not healthy. No white bread is good but try to get whole wheat bread. Just look at the food pyramid, the biggest section is the grains, you need bread, not a lot, but it is one of the most important things that u need.
