thats way too little for the whole day ..your body ends up thinking that you are starving it and it will hold on to as much fat as it can so it will have something to burn later since its not getting enough from you..just to be light eat alot of veg and fruit and for vitamins and such eat whole grains and seeds or dried fruits for a nice treat. you dont need to starve yourself to loose weight
