Hey, is this good? Breakfeast at 5:30 --- a bowl of honey nut cheeriosLunch at 12:30 ------- wipped potatoes with gravy, a roll, and cup oo chocolate milk Go on a 2 mile walk, then for a snack have an apple and a boiled eggdinner at 6:30 ------ a regular dinner is that good?

If you eat cereal in the mornings make sure you add fruit maybe wheat toast so that you will not be as hungry in an hour. I suggest you have maybe a sandwich (turkey, low-fat cheese, chicken etc.) and veges for lunch. Potatoes contain starch, not saying that starch is bad but it is not the best. For dinner have a lean meat, veges and a serving of whole grain. This way you will get all vitamins needed.

I think that is really good, maybe add some veggies, maybe have a salad with your dinner.

try making your egg into two egg whites( wich are VERY low cal)
try adding more fruits and veggies, as well as another cup of skim milk like with your dinner.

You need to eat more than that, put some fruits and vegetables in and some more dairy.
