k so i've followed the 1200 calorie diet, i work out 4-5 times a week for an hour ( 30 min cardio 30 min lifting) but yeah i'm not losing anymore!! I just dont understand... now what? I cna't lower cals, and if i start to work out more I'll get light headed! Now what?

Do activities that are fun like riding bikes swimming playing with little cousins they can wear you out but it works for me

work out with weights, sometimes its not about how much pounds you lose its howmany inches of fat you lose and the scale cant really measure that. good luck!

How much have you lost doing this? You may have hit a plateau, do not lower your calorie intake and your exercise sounds fine. Maybe it is what your eating, I dont know, cause if your eating really unhealthy stuff at 1200 calories that may do something or you are calculating your calories wrong. If it is none of these, then just keep at what your doing, eventually your plateau will be gone, and you will continue to lose weight, just keep at it and dont get frustrated or give up.
