how does this sound for one day calorie wise, not nutrition wise. Breakfast: bowl of instant oatmeal made with water. Lunch: Penutbutter sandwich Dinner: 1 pint of pumpkin ice cream.

If u have to go buy sum vitamins so ur getting what u need. I take sum that r specially made if ur dieting. U should try them! *muahz* WHit
