I really have thrown myself off these past two days by eatting right before bed a lot, and i thought i got out of that habit!!! I've lost 15 lbs already by not doing that and by just eatting healthier , so I'm really sccared that that willl come back ! NO! lol but I was curious if you know anways n ot to have that happen, and if these past 2 days wil really hurt me, becuase i've had a little TOO much candy and i hear its possible to gain 5 lbs in nlike 2 days around halloween... which im pretty dang sure i've done. great. there goes 2 months worth of excersizing DOWN THE DRAIN. lol (yes, i'm not afraid to admit i'm feeling a little sorry for myself, but u would too lol)

the reason why you gain so much weight in so little time is because you're raising your sugar and salt intake which in turn temporarily changes your water retention. just start eating better and exersizing again and you'll lose it very quickly!

Unless you ate 24500 calories, which is 3500 (1 lb.) times 5, you could not gain that much.
