Well I'm 13, and I'm only 4' 11" and I weigh 117 pounds. On the weight calculator, it said that I have a risk of being overweight, so I need some help on how to lose weight. I already work out 5 days a week, so please give me any advice!

just try eating healthier and in slightly smaller portions: make your goal to MAINTIAN your weight rather than lose weight, because you will grow into your weight.

Hey I am not so sure that this will help...but I will try. I know what I am about to say will sound hard but you must try to eat a little healthier if you already ework out.
