Does anyone know any lower abdoman stomach exersizes?????? Please reply.....

you lay on your back with ur hands one on top of another supporting your lower back and lift your legs to a 90 degree level and slowly lower them down so they DONT TOUCH the ground but are about 1.5 inches above the grounded them slowly bring them back up to 90 degree angle again....you do this lots and every night and eventually the pouch will go away! good luck!! :)

i really have no idea about that either ..i know how to work my upper abdominal muscles but i also would love to know how to work the lower muscles b/c thats one of my main problems...someone come up with something lol
