okay so i know i've reached a plateau, but i dont want to switch from the eliptical trainer becua seit burns more calories than anything else at the gym! what do i do for cardio to boost it?!

Running burns a lot of calories and builds muscle. You could try alternately jogging and brisk walking.

try some variety, I take salsa classes and body pump and am goin to start pilates and I did running, ruinnig is gr8 at buring cals and is just great in gen.
