Reply from krissy-about the GW diet, Age 14 - 11/02/04 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx the GW diet.. is a simple diet, its not an actual known diet, but it is known to work! its called Gerber Water Diet (GW) well, it consist of baby food, lil entres n etc... all foods poportionalized for a babys stomach, made to reduce ur food intake, but with healthy food with correct calorie intake n etc.. i thought of this diet after seeing a commercial on baby food! n of course water is water!!! lol i havent tried it yet but am going to next monday after my mom gets the stuff for me.. i will tell u how it work n wut exercises i do n how much i loose n a weeks time!!! thanks so much to all of u!!! peace out girl scout (in the words of my buddy Paul) lol bbl..
