today i am starting a plan where i eat 1200 calories a day regardless of what type of food it is, but i am limiting how much fat i intake along with it. If i do this and no exercises will i still lose weight?

yes but thats an easy way out exercise is good as it keeps u toned up and helps to keep away exess skin which is ur weight loss from sagging i am also on a diet i have an intake of 1500 calories a day its a great way for loosing weight but i also go to the gym 3 or more times a week any way good look

You might lose some weight, but you need exercise. Not just for weight loss purposes but for health purposes too. There are soooo many benefits to exercise! I wouldn't cut it out all together if I were you. It'll also lower your body fat level!
