if i excersize 45 min a day , 5 days a week, somedays i eat 1200 cals and the other days of the week i eat 1600, will i lose wight?? or maintian??

yes that sounds like a really good plan. stick to it and lemme know how you get on. the only thing id say is that you should eat 1600 on the days which you exercise or you may lose too much weight if you cut your cals and exercise alot on the same day. good luck though hun
