Hi. I am 6ft.1in. and I weigh 260 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight for a couple of years now and nothing has realy worked.I guess my problem is that I don't stick with it.I was wondering if anybody knows a good weight loss/muscle building workout that i can do . If you know any plz replie!!

you could try going to the library or just typing in on google weight lifting for teenage boys and see what books or sites come up and check out which ones look the best. i did that except i did it for teenage girls and i found some really great books. you could even look on amazon.com for books too. most of the time the books will come with diets that will coordinate with the workout that the author has come up with so that you can lose weight more effectively.

do 10 mins of dancing followed by 10 mins of ab workouts and then 10 min with weights (use full water bottles) to work out your whole body. just cut your calories to a minimum of 1500 a day and you should lose weight quickly. hope ive helped.
