hey i have begun this weight training program where i work out three times a week till i can hardly move and i am eating very few sugars and fats does anybody have anything i can add to this work out to make me lose about 80lbs really really fast. i will do anything!

just take it a pound at a time and dont rush it b/c if u rush it the lbs usually dont stay off. I have to loose about 60 lbs and im happy just looseing about 2 lbs a week...just give it time and work hard and it will come off and you will be happier in the end that it actually stays off too

i know you dont want to hear this but loosing weight takes time and what your doing so far is terrific keep it up and in a couple of months you will see the results you want just watch your portions and keep up that exercise good things come to those who wait best of luck on you fantastic journey
