Hey.. I weigh 170 and im 5'4.. I wanna loose weight slowly but surely..how can i do this?.. and also whenever i say im going to stop eating junkfood and exersise i dont know i always end up blowing it.. but like i said i wanna loose the weight slowly but surely..so how can i?.. thanks

Dont tell urself that you are going to eliminate junk food and then try not to eat junk food because you will end up bingeing...try to add healthy foods: lean meats, veggies, grains, fruits: into your diet and start exercising...the weight will slowly come off...believe in yourself and you will succeed!
