Hey. I would REALLY like to lose about 15 lbs I could also deal with 10 though. How can I lose the weight by December 23rd? Its not just a random date; I wanna lose some weight before I see my family at Christmas. Thanks a lot for the advice/tips!
Reply from martha, Age 13 - 11/07/04 - IP#: 198.81.26.xxx WHAT YOU CAN DO IS EAT THREE HEALTY MEALS A DAYLIKE FOR EXAMPLE,YOU SHOULD EAT A BOWL OF CEREAL 4 BREAKFAST AND FOR LUCH YOU COULD HAVE TUNA OR A SALAD WITH SOME FRUIT(BUT NO GRAPES CAUSE THEY HAVE LOTS OF CALORIES) AND FOR DINNER YOU COULD HAVE ANY TYPE OF MEAT WITH A SALAD AND FOR DESSERT YOU COULD HAVE A PIECE OF CANDY. THINGS THAT YOU SHOULD NOT EAT IS BREAD,CORN,TOTILLAS,PASTA OR ANY JUNK FOOD.
