What are some really good ideas for loseing weight fast? I mean im seeing my family for Thanksgiving and I wanted to look good

But if you really are hungry don't starve yourself otherwise you will end up over eating so never be hungry. And don't eat desserts or sugars. And avoid second helpings and large portions.
