Hey i found this GR8 workout for men in a fitness magazine. It shows how to make the "ideal" body. The V-shaped body. Wide-shoulders, and thin, six-pack abs. I think it'll be good. But it say to go into it slowly so i am gonna start running first (another workout i found in the magazine) and then after like 2 weeks i am gonna start the workout but only do one set of the exercises then and on a set every 2 weeks until i am doing the entire workout. But the thing is it is time consuming so i will have to work harder at school too. But that is the price you pay to look good, but since i'll be working harder at school i'll be smarter too and then at the end i'll be a whole new totally improved me!
