I'm 5'1, 15 years old and I weigh 186 lbs. I really need some motivation. I eat healthy when I'm at home. It's just when I get to school...There's not much of a selection of healthy food. My school cafeteria serves, pizza, strombolies, lasagna, pasta, chicken pot pie, and many other different fatty foods. And there's nothing that i can really eat that is healthy. What should I do?...Someone plz Email me and be a buddy with me and we can help keep each other motivated to loose weight. my email addy is: babygirl_paris2007@yahoo.com ,aol sn: LizMirGorOutie13 thanks
