Reply from Amanda Lynn, Age 15 - 11/09/04 - IP#: 66.255.214.xxx Hey Libby I'll tell you some things that have worked for me. I have lost about 20 inches all thgether (that took about a moth of exersizing) and about maybe about 10 lbs in about 1 and a half weeks (from a diet). Every night before I go to bed I have been doing light exersizes. like crunches, leg lifts, suspending my legs in the air, push ups, toetouches, and sit-ups. Then on top of that I am on a diet called weight watchers. It is a wonderful diet allowing you to eat the kind of food you would like. It is based on a number system, each measurement of food is a cirtian amount of points, and you have only a cirtian number of points allowed per day. It works. It worked for me. I lost about 5 lbs in a week or so. But the first week or two you will lose alot. Because you are losing body water. So after that it will be more slowly paced, but do not get discouraged. This diet is not at all expencive. And it comes with a book, showing what each food is. I got mine from my Aunt, and do not know where she got it but I am sure it can be found in book stores or on the internet. Good luck to you and keep trying ; ) Amanda Lynn
