Um..hi. I weigh 235 lbs and im starting a diet tommorrow because im tired of being that fattest kid in our family and watching my sister get all the attention from guys, and shes a size 0. im wondering if it is safe to use trimspa? cuz if it worked for anna nicole it might work for mr. please reply.

no diet pills are safe and that is what trimspa is. Diet and exercise is the healthiest and most effective way to go!
