what's a good workout (besides walking) for between the back thigh and the butt? (basically the sides but in 45 degrees of the leg)?

Reply from Lia, Age 13 - 11/15/04 - IP#: 24.99.37.xxx Lay flat on the ground with your stomach facing up. Prop yourself up on your elblows. Take a ball (rubber not a basketball) Soccer balls work to. Put it between your knees. then press your knees against the ball as hard as you can for 30 seconds, repeat 4 times. Hope this help. ( try different weights)
