hey..i think i did pretty good today! tell me though...breakfast-cinnamon toast crunch cereal, lunch-cafeteria chicken nuggets, orange juice, and green beans,snack-banana, toast, dinner-turkey otool at bennigans (kinda bad, but turkey on pretzel bun with cheese) then i had 2 cookies from subway with milk. but i played a bbaksetball game for 32 mins, and i didnt sit out the whole game..so how is this?

your starting off pretty badly, dont have the cinnamon toast crunch in the mornign it's really unhealthy. try having a low fat yogourt or some cheerios. also your having alot of processed foods, try bringing your own lunch! good luck and keep it up

yeah, that is pretty good! i agree with cutting out some of the sweets but u can treet urself to one a week, and look forwarnd to it

try cutting out all hte sweets/processed food and replace it with fruit and veg . and drink water
