I lost three pounds in the last week which is good. But i really want to lose some more weight in my thighs. Like I lose weight in my stomach but not my thighs. Is there any things i can do besides run? I want to lose 5 more pounds before thanksgiving is that good? And what whould i have to do to lose five pounds untill then
