hey you guys really helped me when i posted yesterday, well..today i think i did do better. I had honey comb for breakfast (not th best, but "low fat" and low cal) and for lunch i had a subway sandwich and a peach, and for a snack i had a banana,and for dinner im gonna have pot roast and corn bread. I walked one mile, and i had basketball for 1 1/2 hours. how doe this sound?
