am doing great with weight watchers and all and I see the inches comming off. But I am haveing one proublem. The inches are comming off my stomach. And my upper thighs are staying the same/ And to tell you the truth it looks very silly. And I hate it. Can someone help me with some thigh exersises please. Thank you so much *~*Amanda Lynn*~*

Each food you eat is a cirtian poinst amount, depending on calories, daily fiber, and total fat. You keep in your point range and you are sure to lose.
