hey guys, i dont know if i did very good..but i dont think its too bad. breakfast-mini wheats, lunch-half of a turkey and swiss sandwich w/miracle whip, fruit n nut bar (140 cals) half a peach, and 5 ritz crackers. Snack, popcorn (about 60 cals) and a special k bar-90 cals. I had basketball practice, but we didnt run all that much. And for dinner, im gonna have some chicken or a bunless burger or meatloaf or something along those lines. so how did i do??

I think you did okay! Try to add more vegetables and fruit into your diet though! They're way good for you! Good luck!

I think you went alittle over board try working a little lower on the food if you don't do much exercise and walk after you eat to burn the fat off
