hey do you people think that i could loose like 40lbs by march 2005? if you think i can, then what should i do to acheive that goal. i need motivation like tell me your success stories or something. ThanksGod Bless

It sounds a little bit high, especially seeing as the holiday season is coming up. You would have to be extremely dedicated, no matter what. Good luck!

Well you can healthily lose 1-2 pounds per week, with the exception of if you are very obese; then you can lose maybe 2-4 per week. I'm not sure if you will be able to lose 40, but go for it!

To loss weight you must change habits. If you do not change habits you Will NEVER!! LOSS!! WEIGHT!! Believe me I know. You have to make it a habit that you eat right and excercise regularly. I actually beleive if you do that you will lose way more than 40 lbs by march (depending on your body/metabolism)
