Hmm.. i dont understand, i got my wisdom teeth out on monday, so for a week i haven't really been aable to eat solid foods, but i've had SO much low fat ice cream, fudgesicles, yogurt, cool whip.. lol etc, .... and anyway so up to 1200 or more cals per day which is what I was usually having, but i was excersizing too!! anyway i haven't been able to excersize this entire week becuase of it , i've been eating more or the same, and i've been lazy, but i've LOST like 4 -5 lbs!!! It's so weird lol and thats not water weight because its been like that consistently each day .. So now that i start working out and eatting right again, i'm a littlle scared~!! i dont want to gain that back.. what do you think will happen, or what do i do? Please help!
