I need to change my exercises but i don't know what to do me and my friends have been going to parties and dancing and i know that is good for you but there aren't gonna be anymore parties until summer and all and Ive been doing some walking but what else can i dop.s. i don't like to go to the gym

Yes you all have helped Im glad you guys could help me gym is required but all we do is weight lifting which helps but i have to do more than just that thanks to you all and I hope ya'll get down to the weight ya'll want to be at

If you like dance, maybe you could try taking a dance class. I take tap and ballet once a week. Walking is really really good for you, and it's nice to get away and think for a while. Tae bo, like anne said is really good. I love yoga and pilates, but it's not so hard-core. Gym class is required in our state, so I use gym class to help me excersize too. I hope I helped! taebo! i'm getting the firm for christmas and i'll comment about that after i try it. just kick around a lot for about 20-30 minutes and you'll burn a lot...dance dance revolution is good if you have a playstation. dance by yourself if all else fails. belly dancing and yoga are good too...

You could try running around your block (or on a bicycle). What I usually try to do though is find a sport that you really like and get friends to do it with you...tennis, volleyball, bball, swimming (indoor pool lol) and stuff like that. Hope this helps and good luck!
