ok this summer i went from about 145 to 125 and now im back up to 135! this summer i watched very cosely what i ate and then i lost it all so guess i was just like ok whatever so my eating habbits have turned hoorible! and im afraid if i dont do anything im just going to keep on gaining! but it is SOOOO hard to get into the habbit of being on a diet!!

exersize. build muscle and control your eating habits a bit more. interchange cardio and strength training and burn the extra weight off and get some more lean body mass so that you can keep it off easier...
