Ok, tell me what you think: Combined with light (light cuz im just starting and im not very strong) exercise do you think my diet (no, not a "diet",but a diet in the actual sense of the word, as in, what i eat in a day) is healthy enough that it will help me reach my goal of dropping 40-50lbs by next june? Here it is: (Note--im in germany for the year, so my diet is VERY different from at home) Breakfast: 1,2 or 3 slices of bread (usually not white) with nutella and a glass of (VERY whole) milk. (there is no skim milk in germany, theres just one, and its like 3.5%) Lunch: It varies, my host mother always cooks something hot and healthy, like pasta or pizza and usually a salad too. plus a tall glass of coke, sprit or fanta. I usually have a little snack, either some yogurt or some chocolate in the afternoon. Dinner-small meal. Always bread, i usually have 3 peices, with butter, and then cheese or cold cuts on top. And a glass of soda and always a cup of tea. And then sometimes i have a little chocolate for dessert. Ok, thats all, i know it doesnt sound like a "loose wieght" diet, but its A LOT better than at home. I know it has to be modified alittle though, so youre help would be sooo great! THANKS!!

believe me, i actually prefer skim milk or 1%, but I am not lying when i tell you that there is NOTHING other then this 3.5% milk called "JA". Thats it, there is nothing else, and i really love milk and literally cant live without it.

just eat regular breakfast and never drink whole milk you should always drink 2% milk.

Try only using Nutella 1-2 days a week on your bread, and use a low-sugar jam (I know its probably hard to find there, I went to Germany for a couple of months before and the supermarkets and very strange)... but if you can, it is better for you.

i know the bread is better for you over there but try eating a little less of simple carbs and more fruit and veggies. water instead of soda too and there'll be change. good luck! i'm going to germany next summer so i hope i reach my goal before i go as i know you want to reach your goal before you come back as you said a while ago...
