When I started my weight loss process I thought I would be able to run everyday but I don't think that is possable. I have so many AP classes and farm work I don't think I have time to run. Do you think I can lose 15 lbs by just farm work, walking 30 minutes, and simple food modifications.

wake up earlier...that's what i do. make it a priority not an extra. i'm in a lot of ap classes too along with college application season and financial aid searching it gets busy- but i can juggle it all and so can you!

if u don't have time to run then how can u have time to walk for 30 minutes??? running takes a shorter amount of time to burn the same amount of calories.
