PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Umm...ok, i usually eat lunch at school b/c i can NEVER remember to make my lunch, anyway all of my school's food is soooo nasty and gross and greasy and by just looking at it you can just tell it's worse than McDonalds. So, I know its not good to skip meals but I dont really see any other choice. No matter what I do, I just cant remember to make my lunch. If I do bring my lunch I usually bring soup and a sandwhich but that gets a little old. Of course I'm in Junior High, so it's not like I can leave campus and get somrthing healthy and eat it there. Actually, my school does have salads, occasionally, and they're not all that bad, but this one friend always asks if I'm on a diet. I'm embarrassed to yes but I'm embarrassed to say no, cuz then its like she doesn't recognize she NEEDS to be on a diet. Also, I'm in all GT (Gifted and Talented--similair to AP)classes and have SOOOOOOO much h/w and i have like nooo time for exercise ( I know, I know, If I cared enough, I'd make it a priority and i fi Icared enough I'd remember to make my lunch, but it's just NOT that simple!). I tried to get my mom to buy a gym membership--but she said she wouldn't pay that much. I don't know what to do!!! PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I know EXACTLY what you are going through with the homework and not having any time to exercise... I'm in all CC (college credit) courses in my high school and have maybe 2 spare hours a day where I'm not doing homework, but then I need to clean the house/my room and work on my art competition entries. So, I try to get my exercise in my tapping my foot, jiggling my legs all day in class, and doing stuff like that. Good luck!

how u can remember to pack a lunch is write a big note and leave it somewhere where every morning or whenever u go to school u will c it and u'll say oh yea lunch, hope it helps gl

all i can say about the lunch thing is eat less of it and get water and drink that. you can do sit ups and push ups (i hate them as well) and you can run or ride a bike or go out with friends and play catch. keep a positive attitude and it will be Great!!

pick and choose. pick the chiken patty sandwhich and take off the bun to cut calories. pick whatever they're serving but throw half away...or share...and exersize when you get home!!!

ok, i TOTALLY know how u feel. in like the x act same way. i NEVER pack a lunch and EVERYBODY asks mi if im on a diet.im not, but i like to stay in shape. so, if u wanna exersize, do. instead of watching tv,or video games or sitting around bieng bored,run around or make up a dance routine. also, try reasoning with yer mama. if u want, e mail mi @ princessbubba713@yahoo.com. ill answer any questions u got. good luck!!!
